Megha Shenoy, Founder of My First Spa, is an actress who always dreamed of creating a brand that brings warmth, care, and traditional postpartum support back into modern families. Watching her mother, Mrs. Geetha Shenoy, dedicate more than 25 years to newborn infant handling and postpartum care inspired her deeply.
Seeing her mother’s experience, healing touch, and loving way of caring for both babies and new mothers, Megha decided to turn this beautiful journey into My First Spa. With her vision, ideas, and her mother’s expertise, My First Spa was created to support new moms and infants with the comfort, care, and nurturing touch that today’s generation often misses from grandmothers.
At My First Spa, the goal is simple — to provide gentle, homely, and trustworthy care for every mother and baby, making them feel supported, relaxed, and cared for during one of the most precious phases of life.

Geetha Shenoy is an expert in newborn and infant handling, with over 25 years of experience in baby care services. Over the years, she has lovingly cared for countless newborns with the warmth, patience, and traditional touch of a grandmother’s care.
She has also worked closely with new mothers, providing gentle postpartum care and support during their recovery journey. With her deep knowledge and hands-on expertise, she personally trains all the staff at My First Spa to ensure every mother and baby receive safe, gentle, and professional care. Her experience, dedication, and nurturing approach are the heart of My First Spa.
